1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eg33 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "eg33") governing your access to and use of the eg33 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, promotional programmes, and payment processing services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the eg33 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any Service offered by eg33, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The eg33 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. eg33 employs Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all account holders. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the eg33 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. eg33 provides its services to players located in Bangladesh. You must not use the platform if online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction. eg33 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions and expressly excludes liability for any use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on the eg33 platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, eg33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate or void balances, and withhold any winnings pending a full review.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. eg33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify eg33 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. eg33 will investigate reported incidents promptly and may temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity while the investigation is ongoing.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

eg33 applies a Know Your Customer verification process in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by eg33 may result in the suspension of withdrawal services until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. eg33 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eg33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed within your account dashboard and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your eg33 wallet balance within 60 to 120 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your balance, depending on the originating institution. eg33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions, provided that all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied and no account restrictions are in place. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the same payment method and registered account used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practice.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

eg33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Where a withdrawal is withheld, eg33 will notify the account holder by email within 48 hours of the original withdrawal request, stating the reason for the hold and the documentation required to resolve it.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the eg33 platform are subject to acceptance by eg33 at its sole discretion. eg33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error in the pricing system. Bets are confirmed only when a bet reference number is displayed in your account transaction history.

5.2 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body or league at the conclusion of the relevant event. Cricket bets on BPL, T20, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches are settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of eg33's trading team, after review of official sources, is final.

5.3 Cancelled or Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the conditions for settlement are met, all affected bets will be voided and the original stake returned to the player's wallet. For cricket matches, a minimum of a specified number of overs (as published in the sports betting rules section of the platform) must be completed before bets are settled as valid.

5.4 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the eg33 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and verified by independent third-party auditing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the relevant game's information panel. eg33 is not responsible for any malfunction of a game caused by a network interruption on the player's device or connection.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

eg33 may apply maximum daily or per-event winning limits, which are published within the platform. Any winnings that exceed applicable limits will be paid up to the maximum limit only. eg33 will notify the player if a maximum payout cap applies to a specific bet or game session.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by eg33 are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General eligibility requires that the player holds a verified account in good standing, has satisfied any minimum deposit requirement specified in the promotion, and has not been excluded from promotional programmes due to a prior breach of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and the expiry period applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

eg33 monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine participation, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by eg33. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and winnings voided and may be suspended from future promotional eligibility.

6.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

eg33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into the promotion and have commenced meeting the stated requirements will be permitted to complete those requirements under the original terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eg33 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix the outcome of a bet or to manipulate the results of any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

• Using the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eg33 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform; use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; or frame or mirror any part of the platform without eg33's express written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eg33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

eg33's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your eg33 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude eg33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

eg33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to eg33's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. eg33 applies industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and restricted access controls, to protect your data.

eg33 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification services, and fraud prevention providers strictly for the purposes of delivering the Services and maintaining platform security. 12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

eg33 may amend these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material amendments by email to their registered address. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

12.2 Termination by eg33

eg33 may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation, or if we determine in our sole discretion that continued access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the Services.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Services ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for reasons other than breach will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

13 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms that may be made available for reference purposes, the English language version shall prevail and be the authoritative text for the purposes of interpretation and enforcement.
